I. Product Usage
DFJR1 Series Heater is mainly used for high, low voltage switch cabinet playing the role of dehumidification, condensation prevention, heating, etc., which can make air convection available in the switch cabinet, effectively prevent the breakdown caused by ionization electronic in the cabinet, and ensure a safe operation of switch cabinet. It adopts a case made by stainless steel sheet and plates with beautiful exterior and fast heat conduction, it uses a heating element made by high quality alloy resistance wire with long-time making current and long service life, and it enjoys a lead adopting silastic tinning cable with the feature of safety, reliability and high cost performance.
II. Operational Environment
1.With an ambient air temperature less than +50℃, an average temperature within 24 hours less than +35℃, and a lower limit of ambient air temperature of -10℃.
2.With an altitude at installation site less than 2,000 m.

IV. Installation Method and Installation Size
Making the heater close to the inside of the cabinet and fixing it with screws or rivets, using a lead to connect the power supply terminal of switch cabinet. Customer can make or break the heater through temperature or humidity controller.

V. Precautions
1.If the heater has a high temperature at its surface, it should keep a suitable distance with other electrical elements.
2.Operating personnel should not directly touch the heater to prevent from burn, and a protecting shield can be added for isolation.
3.It is not suitable for making a strong pull to Silicone rubber lead to prevent from damaging the heater.
